At Samassya.in, we value transparency and clarity in all our operations. Below are our official policies regarding pricing, payments, cancellations, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


Pricing Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Fees
    All consultancy and assistance fees charged by Samassya are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or completion status of the service.
  2. Advance Payment Requirement
    The Samassya Assistance Fee is required to be paid in advance before the commencement of any document consultancy or support service. We begin work only after receiving full advance payment.
  3. Success Fee Terms
    In cases where a Success Fee is applicable (e.g., on approval, sanction, or receipt of government service/fund), it must be paid to Samassya within 3 working days of the client receiving the benefit, funds, or outcome.
  4. Delayed Payment Penalty
    Any delay in paying the Success Fee beyond the allowed 3-day period will incur a daily penalty interest of 5%, calculated from the fourth day onwards, until the amount is fully received in Samassya’s designated bank account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Service Cancellation
    You may cancel your service request before paying the Samassya Assistance Fee. Once the fee is paid and work is initiated, cancellations are not accepted.
  2. No Refund Clause
    Please note that Registration Fees, Assistance Fees, and Success Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including client withdrawal, change of decision, incomplete document submission, or process failure caused by inaccurate or missing information provided by the client.
  3. Scope of Service Disclaimer
    Our consultancy services are designed to assist and guide clients in government-related document processes. We do not guarantee approvals or outcomes controlled by government bodies. Refunds will not be processed in cases where delays or rejections occur due to third-party (government) systems or client-side document issues.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and verifiable information and documents required for the services.
  • Any delay or failure in document submission may result in delays or termination of service without refund.
